My internship report (fr, 4.6 Mo, summer 2004), a comparison of bacteria genes for homologous recombination. An article has been published in 2005 about this work (see the "Publications" section). Here are the slides (fr, 21 Mo !) of my presentation.

My internship (summer 2005) in computer vision is entitled « 3D reconstruction and texture generation using graph cuts». 3D reconstruction consists in building a 3D model of an object from two or more pictures of this object (from different points of view). You can see a bit more about texture generation here (new enhancements make the textures tileable). Here's the report (fr, 5.0 M), and the slides (fr, 17 M) for the presentation.
